Repair

If you discover minor damage or any missing parts within the warranty period, please contact us. We will provide the necessary components free of charge, subject to our determination of whether the damage is minor or major. If the damage is more serious, don’t hesitate to reach out—we are here to help and will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Return
(within 1 month)
If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us and arrange the return shipment. Once you have the tracking number, register it on our website. We will monitor the shipment and notify you upon receipt. After reviewing your return, we will decide whether to issue a refund or send a replacement. Kindly include the reason for your return so we can investigate further.
Refund

If we are unable to replace your item or there are other valid reasons, you will receive your refund within 10 working days. We will notify you once the refund is processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
